2. After Enrolling, how long do I get access to the course for?

We provide you access for 1 year to complete all 3 phases. Upon expiry, you may renew.

B) Who has created the content on www.Courseprovider.ca?

We provide a sumarized/simplified version of the OREA text books. Saying that, WE DO NOT OWN OR CLAIM RIGHTS TO ANY OF THE CONTENT/QUESTIONS/OR ANY INFORMATION found on www.CourseProvider.ca. We have used content from the OREA books and other online and offline mediums to construct this course.

4. Do you guarantee a pass?

We DO NOT guarantee a pass! Our content is there to HELP you pass. We can confidently say that our content can increase your chances of passing the exam. End of the day its your efforts and understanding of the content that reflects your score.

5. Why would I choose CourseProvider?

We summarized the 3 massive books into slides that provide very specific content. If you are someone who is limited on time and would like to access very direct content, we are the best choice. 6. Refund Policy?

We do not offer any refund once the course has been purchased. If you have a legitimate reason (Health, Death in family, or other), please email support@courseprovider.ca and we may be able to make an exception. We are very considerate.

7. If I need help with the content, what do I do?

All of our students have access to our student help portal ( http://courseprovider.ca/student-help-portal/ ) where they can ask the course professors any question regarding the course content through email. Responses are usually sent within 24-48 hours.

8. If I run into technical problems, what do I do?

We have a live chat support available on the homepage where you can talk to our IT Development team regarding any questions you may have!
